Eves Pebbles is a 2 bedroom apartment which is located across from the seafront and situated in side road.  The location is ideal for families with children  because the property is close to all seafront facilities and shops in the road behind.
The accommodation is located on two floors. Stairs lead  from the pavement to the front door and into the entrance hall which has been painted in a neutral colour. The fully fitted kitchen includes gas hob with electric oven under,  microwave, washing machine, fridge and freezer. There is a small breakfast bar with two stools.
Full gas central  heating is  available for the winter months  The lovely light living room has some side sea views and is furnished in a modern style with full size sofa bed, more seating and a table which will sit 6 people. On the ground floor is the first bathroom with bath, hand wash basin and toilet.  Stairs lead up to the two bedrooms.   The master is a large double with en suite shower room and some sea views.  The twin room has a fitted wardrobe, and is furnished in a modern style.
This apartment does have a number of stairs so would not be suitable for wheelchair users.
Fly to Gatwick there are trains from Gatwick directly to Eastbourne when you arrive at Eastbourne train station  taxis are available directly outside the station.  The apartment is approximately a 5 minute drive from the train station. or ferry to Newhaven.  Eastbourne is approximately 30 minutes drive.
