Fly to Gatwick there are trains from Gatwick directly to Eastbourne when you arrive at Eastbourne train station  taxis are available directly outside the station.  The apartment is approximately a 7 minute drive from the train station. or ferry to Newhaven.
Located a 5 minute walk from the South Harbour shops and restuarants and the retail park.  Parking is available.
Two bedroom apartment with balcony.  Ideal for a family of 4-5 Within walking distance of all amenities on the Sovereign Harbour parking available.
Kings Court East is a 2 bedroom apartment located on the first floor (no lift).  The accommodation sleeps 4-5 people in a twin (can supply extra single bed) and double bedroom.  The living room is a spacious room with enough seating for  5 people. 
There are sliding doors leading out to a balcony.  The kitchen is open plan to the living room and is fitted and equipped with microwave, free standing electric cooker, washer dryer and large fridge/freezer.  There is a small breakfast bar seating for 2 people.  The shower room has a power shower, toilet and hand wash basin.  for the winter weeks there are  free standing radiators, and a fan heater located in the bathroom.
There is a £100 returnable house deposit and linen and towels are included.
We require £300 deposit on booking the property and six weeks prior to arrival the balance is payable.
