Jevington Gardens is a well presented modern 3 bedroom apartment. The patio garden is ideal for alfresco eating and looking out over the gardens is a nice feature.  Take a stroll from the apartment to Devonshire Place seafront and shops in Carlisle Road,  The Devonshire, Congress Theatres, Winter Gardens, and Towner Art Gallery are also within walking distance of the apartment. Eastbourne town centre is close by.
The living room is nicely furnished with enough seating for 4 people.  French doors lead out to the patio garden.  The fully equipped kitchen is modern with gas hob and electric oven under, a separate fridge and freezer, washing machine, and  microwave. 
There are two single bedrooms with single beds and one double bedroom & free standing wardrobes in all bedrooms.  The bathroom is modern and has a shower fitment over the bath, hand wash basin, and  toilet.
Fly to Gatwick there are trains from Gatwick directly to Eastbourne when you arrive at  Eastbourne train station  taxis are available directly outside the station.  The apartment is approximately a 5 minute drive from the train station. or ferry to Newhaven.   Eastbourne is approximately 30 minutes drive.
Eastbourne has a reputation for sunny weather, a major factor in attracting 1000's of holidaymakers to this part of the East Sussex Coast. 
The town boasts more hours of sunshine than almost any other English holiday resort.
