Scotney House is a luxury apartement with far reaching views over Eastbourne, seafront and downs from the large balcony which can be accessed from both the living room and main bedroom.  The property is located on the 5th floor,  there is a passenger lift and main stairs.  Underground secure parking is provided.  Scotney House is a brand new building with  landscape gardens which  are begin developed.  Located within a minutes walk of a large park, and the beach, and also a retail park with super store and large retail shops.  Eastbourne town centre is accessible either by bus which stops near by, or a walk which would take approximately 30 mins along the seafront, The Dotto train also goes from here all along the seafront to the town.  The apartment is light and spacious.  Through the front door along the entrance hall to the magnificent living room with picture windows running the length of the room, French door leads out to the South facing balcony and from here views can be seen over Eastbourne to the seafront and downs beyond, there are table and chairs provided  for alfresco dining.  The living room has seating set up for 4 people a large colour T.V., the dining table is also set up to seat 4 people.  There is a modern and well equipped open plan Kitchen with gas 4 ring hob with electric cooker under, dish washer, washer dryer refrigerator and freezer, a wall mounted microwave, and coffee maker.  The main bedroom is a double with fitted wardrobes wall mounted T.V. and DVD player, French doors lead out to the balcony.  There is an en-suite shower room which also has a hand wash basin  toilet and radiator.  The second bedroom is a twin with 2 single beds and wardrobe.  The  bathroom has bath with power shower fitted over, hand wash basin, toilet and radiator.

From Eastbourne train station there are taxis.  From Victoria London there is a direct train down to Eastbourne, Polegate or Brighton.  Or the nearest ferry is Newhaven.  The property is located on the outskirts of the town centre of Eastbourne so approximately a 7 minutes taxi ride from the train station

There are many facilities to see near to the property, Tescos super store is just along the road, and there are other major shops and Harbour facilities close by.  The beach is a 3 minute walk and there is a great restaurant called The Beach Deck serving breakfast and great food.
