From East Dean village you can walk in all directions over The South Downs and leading onto part of The South Downs Way. Over the hill is Friston and Crowlink some beautiful walks from here too. There are buses which go in all directions to Eastbourne Seaford and Brighton from the main East Dean Road. The nearest coast is Birling Gap and the famous Beachy Head is just along the Road. Eastbourne town is 5 miles East of East Dean. Downland Way is a spacious apartment with small balcony and some lovely views from here. There is a parking space for one car just across from the apartment. From the pavement there are stairs leading to the Entrance hall. The living room is spacious with colour T.V, and dining area comfortable seating, and a good size pine table for dining. Door leads out to the balcony. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped, with washing machine, dish washer, fridge/freezer, electric hob with cooker under, and microwave. The main bedroom is a double with wardrobes, the second bedroom has twin beds. The bathroom has a full size bath with shower over, hand wash basin and toilet.
