"Superb Location"

Our second stay in this apartment and we were not disappointed. Without doubt one of the best locations in Sovereign Harbour, with excellent views of the marina; also a very, quiet relaxed area away from the bustle of the restaurant quarter and yet just a few steps away. Easy walk to the Retail Park and the seafront. We regularly walked the whole length of the promenade to Holywell; the kids loved all the activities and sights to see. We will be back!

A very pleasant break, with walks along the sea shore, both into Eastbourne, and to Pevensey Bay, bus back if you've walked to far, we did. Drive out to Beachy Head, then onto Burling Gap and East Dean, where you will find the most beautiful of tiny churches. East Dean is also the fictional retirement home of Sherlock Holmes, and has a small museum to the same.

Self catering holiday apartment located on the harbour front in Eastbourne Beautiful harbour views, walkways, close to restaurants, and harbour shops. The accommodation sleeps 4 to 6 people and is priced accordingly.
Canaray Quay is located on the Harbour front, in a quiet residential area. Walk way's along the quay side to the many waterfront restaurants, and located close to the beach. The property benefits from underground parking, and leading from the dining area is a small balcony with stunning harbour views. The accommodation is ideal for a family with one double and one twin bedroom, and a good quality sofa bed in the living room.
Canary Quay is located on the South Harbour. The self catering holiday apartment is furnished in a modern style, and guest can dine whilst watching the boats coming and going. The property offers spacious open plan lounge dining area with kitchen located off main area. The master bedroom boasts an en suite shower room and the property also offers main family bathroom. This self catering  property can sleep up to 4 people with the twin  bedroom. Arriving at the apartment the car can be parked in the underground parking bay and a lift then goes straight up to the apartment, alternatively walk through the main entrance of the block and up the flight of stairs. Outside there is also parking for visitors. Through the coded gate there are walks along the quay side to the many restaurants on the harbour front. Lovely walks along the beach to Eastbourne's town Centre. The Crumbles retail park is also within walking distance here there are many shops a Cinema and Supermarket, several high street name shops, 5 minutes down the road is the pretty fishing village of Pevensey Bay where there is a lovely sandy beach.

If a booking is made less than one week the cleaning charges are added.  There is also a returnable house deposit charged of £100.  Linen and towels are provided
