This spacious and light maisonette self catering holiday  apartment is located directly on the seafront in Eastbourne. The town centre of Eastbourne with all its amenities is a 10-15 minutes walk away or a short 5 minute drive. The accommodation sleeps up to 6 people in two twin bedrooms, and one double bedroom. The apartment also has the advantage of a lovely sitting room with dining area and door leading out to the balcony. The spacious kitchen has a table which will sit 8 comfortably, and is fitted with electric oven and hob, full size fridge/freezer washing machine and microwave. On this floor there is a bathroom and separate cloakroom. On the second floor there is en-suite bathroom which can be accessed from the main double bedroom and landing. Two twin bedrooms both with fantastic sea views. The apartment also has one parking space which is located in front of a garage so only suitable for one small car and is located to the side of the property.  Wi-Fi is available here.

Fly to Gatwick. There are trains from Gatwick directly to Eastbourne and when you arrive at Eastbourne train station taxis are available directly outside the station. The apartment is approximately a 5 minute drive from the train station. Or a ferry to Newhaven. Eastbourne is approximately 30 minutes drive.
