Anguilla Close is a self catering  luxury modern 2 bedroom apartment situated on the 3rd floor with passenger lift which sleeps 4 people.  The harbour views are magnificent from the balcony, there is also under cover parking, and gas central heating for the winter months.

 

Anguilla Close is a furnished self catering apartment with  a modern style feel.  The living room has a T.V. with DVD player, seating for 4 people and a sofa.  French doors lead out to the balcony, and from here views over the harbour out to sea, and to the harbour shops and restaurants, and extensive views  over to Hastings.  The kitchen is modern and fully equipped  with floor and wall mounted  cupboards, and work surfaces.  There is a washer dryer, double electric oven with a 4 ring gas hob, fridge/freezer and microwave.  The family bathroom leads  from the hall with bath with a shower fitments hand wash basin, and toilet.  The master bedroom is a very spacious double with sea views, and there is a double wardrobe and en suite shower room.  A door from this room  also leads out to the balcony.  The twin bedroom is furnished with two single beds, this room also has sea views, and a double wardrobe.

 

There is a balcony for those alfresco evenings which can be accessed from the living room and main bedroom.  There is also designated under cover parking for one car and visitors parking

Loved this place. The flat is comfortable, spotlessly clean and is fully equipped with everything you cold possibly need.The location is perfect for a quiet and peaceful holiday but within close proximity to the local amenities and easy access to the town. Our overriding memory will be of the hypnotic views from the balconies of the harbour and sea.

Lovely clean apartment, which was nicely furnished and decorated, with great views of the harbour and sea. Upon arrival we were also welcomed by a seal swimming out in the tidal basin! Apartment is only a few minutes drive into Eastbourne. Location is also perfect for walks along the harbour, sea wall and beach. Lots of different boats can be seen from the lounge going into the harbour locks. Amazing sunsets and sun rises too. Only issue was the parking, whilst there is an allocated car space it is very tight and visitors spaces appear to be permanently occupied. We really enjoyed our stay here last week and have booked again for next year. Highly recommended.

A good apartment with great views. Very clean and well positioned for the harbour and the town. Apartment would benefit with Wi Fi.

For any bookings less then 1 week the cleaning charges are added to the price.  there is also a returnable house deposit of £100 Linen and towels are provided.
