This accommodation is not suitable for  those with mobility issue unable to walk down eleven steps to the apartment front door.
Own entrance leads into the hallway with a guest cloaksroom, a spacious bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a large living room with flat screen T.v. (sky HD channels) and DVD player and a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, cutlery and crockery for a self-catering holiday.  French doors from both kitchen and living room lead out to a delightful private south facing sun patio with table and chairs in the walled garden with night lights.  
If the evenings turn cool, the temperature sensitive central heating makes the apartment cosy for a seaside break in summer or winter
All bed linen and towels are provided, along with little extras such as toilet paper, hand wash and cleaning supplies.  Continuous hot water and time heating system.  A pretty walled garden, automatic sensor light at entrance door and stylish garden night lights.
This newly renovated spacious bright and well equipped apartment is an affordable and more peaceful alternative to a hotel or B&B The apartment is located just a short walk from the theatre ( 3 minutes) beach ( 3 minutes), LTA tennis (3 minutes)  Pier, town center, shops and restaurants. 5 minutes taxi to railway station for train Gatwick and London Victoria.  15 minute drive /bus to Seven sisters and Beachy Head cliff walk beauty  spot.  Half hours drive to Newhaven ferry port.
Sleeps 4 people, 2 in the spacious bedroom with twin beds, plus 2 on sofa bed in the living room.
Own keys to front door, towels, bed linen, central heating, electricity and Wi-fi.  Free parking in adjacent roads, parking meters on the road immediate outside the property.   Residential parking vouchers ( 2 per day)  for holiday makers.
