Dominica Court is a luxury first floor three bedroom apartment providing sunny and spacious accommodation. With passenger lift and parking.  Located on the South Harbour with stunning views of the water features and fountains from the large sun terrace which surrounds two sides of the apartment.

The accommodation provides, two doubles and one twin bedroom, a sofa bed located in the living room, two bathrooms, and a luxury fitted kitchen.  Walk out of the French doors onto the terrace where there is a table and chairs for those hot summer evenings, listen to the fountains, or take a stroll out of the private gate onto the path leading out to of the quay side and along to the harbour bars and restaurants.

 

The apartment is located on the ground floor. Enter into the spacious hall .  Door leads from here  to the kitchen which is fully fitted with gas hob, eye level oven, integral dish washer, fridge/freezer and washer dryer. 

 

The living room is furnished in a modern style with sofa bed, and further 2 further sofa's, colour T.V. and DVD player  French doors lead out to a large terrace with sun chairs and a table with chairs and umbrella  There is one twin bedroom with wardrobes,  the two double bedroom's have wardrobes and the master bedroom has  a spacious en-suite shower room.

There is also a spacious family bathroom with power shower over the bath.

 

Walk out of the French doors onto the terrace where there is a table and chairs for those hot summer evenings, listen to the water feature, or take a stroll out of the apartment onto the quay side and along to the harbour bars and restaurants. Dominica Court is a gated development with private parking and ideally located within walking distance of the Harbour facilities and Crumbles shops.  Eastbourne town centre is approximately 3 miles and if you're feeling energetic you can walk along the seafront from here.

 

Towels and linen are provided but not beach towels. We can provide a cot and high chair. No pets allowed and smoking is not permitted.   We take a house deposit of £250 which is returned at the end of your stay, and covers for any excessive cleaning and breakages.  This apartment is available all year round.

 

The countryside around the town is beautiful at any time of the year and some of the best scenery in Sussex is only a short walk or bus ride away. The South Downs lie to the West and North of the town and are officially classified  as an ‘Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty’. 

Nearby are countless beauty spots such as Birling Gap and Beachy Head, many old English villages and a selection of fine country pubs and interesting art galleries. Eastbourne.

 

EASTBOURNE has a reputation for sunny weather, a major factor in attracting thousands of holidaymakers to this part of the East Sussex coast.  The town boasts more hours of sunshine than almost any other English holiday resort, about 2,000 hours each year.
